Hashem is a Founding Partner and Vice President of Conconi Growth Partners. He started his career with RBC Capital Markets in Toronto and London, with roles in Investment Banking, Equity Sales, and Equity Research. He joined CGP from GBA Equity Partners, a search fund he co-founded to acquire and operate small to medium sized businesses. Prior to founding GBA, Hashem worked with Vanedge Capital, a $140 million technology focused Venture Capital fund. Hashem specializes in providing debt and equity growth capital for young and growing businesses. He is often actively involved in the growth and execution of these companies at the board level, and particularly enjoys assisting with strategic planning, business development and financing activities.
