Monica Gervais is the Senior Manager, International Trade Policy, in the BC Ministry of International Trade and was a member of the Province's negotiating team for the Canada-EU trade agreement. Previously, she led the successful implementation of the labour mobility provisions of the BC-Alberta Trade Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA). Prior to working for the BC government, she was Vice President of a publicly traded venture capital firm in Vancouver, targeting emerging high tech and bio tech companies.
