Zoran’s customer-centric approach to business was forged in the cruise industry many moons ago. However, it was at the Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts where customer service truly became his obsession, earning him a Leader of the Year Award at this prestigious organization.

Today, as the CEO of Ready, Zoran applies lessons learned in the hospitality industry to lead a product team in designing the best mobile payment experience for both merchants and users. Zoran is also a self-taught artist and business strategy geek.

Zoran holds an MBA from Queen’s University, Ontario.
